What a lame shameless pathetic attempt to rally support to your opinion... if you (had half a brain and) supported your opinions with reason you wouldnt need name calling nor rallying your "undersea's" experts to your cause.

I take it your not a Brit then
If this is the kind of risk and drama you want, then by all means go ahead and play Mario-kart or something; i'm sure you'll have lots of fun. I'll stick to Gran Turismo or Forza Motorsports... where real men are made.

It is risk, it is drama, in other words its what F1 should be about, not whinging like a p@ssy co's you saw some aggresive driving and have nothing to compare it to from your neck of the woods.

We try not to over moderate this place, honestly, but when the stupid, immature comments are flying around like this it's hard for us to do that, you know?

So if you really want to keep arguing like this i can categorically tell you that it's not gonna happen on here, you can continue this sort of bickering elsewhere by choice or by force, i really don't care which. Absolutely fcking sick of it, it's in every other bloody thread at the moment.

 real men are made in computer games now days?

and i find it funny how you act all high and mighty about the safety issue of changing lines on a straight yet are fine with a driver taking out another.

hypocrisy at its best Ea!

I never said anything about it being unsafe. I did say it was not acceptable (by the drivers and by their sporting etiquette) and frankly not what F1 racing should be (ie cutting the pit entry through the grass or weaving in the straight for whatever reason).

As for the "unsafe pit release", I dont call it unsafe because I say so... but because that's how the regulations call it to hand the penalty out.

Basically what I'm saying is out of all the good moves Lewis had pulled, just because some people (including the drivers and the marshals) do not approve a couple of them; other people have to keep on defending these moves against pretty much all reason... just because they think it is real racing and the rest of the world gets a kick from bashing Lewis.

I take it your not a Brit then

ehhh... no; and proud i guess... but not because of that  But what is your point? Lots of people arent Brit you know...

The only thing i can compare what you're saying F1 should be about is Mario Kart. And we do have it in our neck of the woods. Its imported though; from Japan, not Brittain...

I dont think so, unless the couch potatoes are real men? :hehe:

end of the day there is so much hate towards Lewis by members on here that they make a big fuss about everything Lewis does, would they have the same amount of eagerness to come one here and post if it were another driver that pulled a questionable move? Im sure we wouldnt see or hear from you on here. Infact i dont recall anyone bagging Massa for making two moves in the braking zone. a bigger no no to what Lewis did!
Lewis got a black and white flag for it what more do you guys want? blood? pfff get over it

The thing is, it SEEMS people are making an even bigger fuss because there's actually more fuss DEFENDING the moves (from both himslef and from the drivers) than how it goes with the other drivers; the examples is what happened with Mark Webber, Alonso at the start, other stuff Vettel has done and so on... they owned up. Agreed to the mistake, yes people bash for a while... its agreed to not be done it again. Everyone moves on.

Na more fuss due to hatred of Lewis, so much hatred for a man bordering on obsessive... for what ever reason that may be. ie race jealousy who knows...

Nahhh not hatred. I would just rather he wised up and be a better driver, than simply defend whatever he does wrong just for the sake of "love".......

a man bordering on obsessive?
haha you're not wrong... not wrong :D

The fact is Lewis weaved he argued that he hadn't done wrong the stewards corrected him.

The Pitstop thing he didn't really argue he just said why he ended up in that situation - he spun up the rears on wet markings. The stewards advised him not to do it again.

So the only reason you can have to argue about this still f1ea is that you belive the stewards are wrong fine, i respect your opinion i think its wrong but i respect it - enough said?

Ok, enough of this. Either discuss the topic or this thread will go where the sun don't shine. :director:

Thats a fair comment. All I ask is that the moderation/admin team jump on the Anti-Hamilton flamers as soon as they start. They know who they are and what they are trying to stir up.Their relentless, purile and unnecessary attacks will only provoke a defence of him, and there lies the problem. Not a criticism of the mods but just a request to nip it in the bud before it gets out of hand.

As it was never technically a blocking move I dont think the above applies TBH

:rofl::rofl: "rather he wised up and be a better driver" Yes he's useless

"Defend whatever he does wrong?" His comment was. - Ok, they don't like it, I wont do it. Lesson learnt.- So where's defending anything there?
Come on get real!

hey, asking Lewis to do some thing better doesn't mean he isn't already a talented driver, all the f1 drivers make mistakes (opening themselves up to critique) and can improve.

Also - I think this thread surely must have run its course now?
