Oh btw - Martin Brundle's Australia Quotes:
“You can’t see in those ridiculous mirrors parked outboard on the side pods.”

“When you’re constantly looking at your team mate’s data across the garage, you’re in trouble.”

“Hurry up and wait through the hairpins.”

“It doesn’t hurt when you crash on PlayStation.”

“His first sector a 28.3, which is decidedly not very fast.”

“He’s on a set of tyres that’s beginning to cry, ‘Enough’.”

Jonathan: “This isn’t gonna be good enough unless he suddenly gets a turbo on the way.”
Martin: “A shortcut, he needs now!”

“Turn 8 is eat your sandwiches and think about something else.”

Vettel (over radio): “Oh, gracious! We will show them!”
Martin: “You already showed us. If there was a University of Formula 1, that would be a case study.”

“I thought we might stand more of a chance of finding some drivers here at the poorer, happier end of the grid.”

“That’s the stupid mirrors again. That was zero percent Jenson’s fault.”

“Schumacher won’t appreciate all the Formula Ford barging around.”

“It’s so boring, this Formula 1!! That’s what I hate about it!”

“Massa just gave him the space. It was like an invitation to pass, and Hamilton RSVPed immediately. And Alonso, too busy watching them, gets mugged by Webber.”

“That would be a mother and father of a shunt if those two connected on Turn 12.”

“If I hadn’t heard that myself, I wouldn’t have believed it – an engineer having to tell a driver how to drive.”

“Three things will win Jenson the race: the smooth driving style, no doubt about it; Vettel and his problems; and ... I can’t remember the third one!”
Jonathan: “He’s in the lead!”
Martin: “Yeah, exactly!”

(Alonso’s engineer radios how close Hamilton is getting behind him)
Alonso: “I don’t want to know.”
Martin (laughing): “I’ve said that myself a few times!”

“It’s a pathetic feeling when your tyres are gone: you can’t brake, you can’t turn, you can’t get on the throttle pedal; you just feel helpless.”

“You don’t win a world championship and all the races (Jenson)’s done by not being one of the world’s great racing drivers. But it was interesting to hear Lewis losing his head in the middle of that: ‘My tyres have grained,’ ‘Nothing we can do,’ ‘Why did you pull me in?’ is not a discussion to have while you’re trying to pass the Ferraris.”

“(Vettel) must be on some kind of happy pill, ‘cause he’s slapping the team on the back on the pitwall.”

Roll on Malaysia where I read that the long range forecasts pointed to yet more rain :S

In that case I sense another shortened race like last year's coming up, and the fingers pointing at Mr B.

What an amazing race.
There was more action on track today then what you see in a action movie  F1 is obviously going in the right direction......

Todays Lions:
Robert Kubica - Stunning result for him and the team. They did NOT expect anything like this and really got a great supprise....
Jenson Button - Great driving and a risk well worth taking. As an overall Jenson did one of his greatest races ever in my personal oppinion. He really got the package together today, thumbs up for Jenson...
Vitantonio Liuzzi - Nothing stunning but a consistent drive threw the whole race and a great result for Force India. Not many pay attention to these smaller(slower) teams but I think Liuzzi did a great job today

Todays Lambs:
Mark Webber - Get some Ice in your helmet. He will be in Vettel´s shadow in a few races if he keeps messing up like today.
Felipe Massa - Totally outperformed by his teammate, he needs to get his pace up if he wants to fight for the DC for real........
Lewis Hamilton - Great pace but blaming his team was the last bit for me. He has gotten used to being #1 in the team and I think we will see more of the "real" Lewis if Jenson keeps his performance up :whip:
There was a million great things in this race so I will not go threw everyone here but I really hope that we will get more races like this in the future. I´m still sweating..... :hehe: What a race.....

Erm... he beat his team mate...

...

He drove one of the races of his life and got taken out by Mark Webber. Yes, a bit whiny over the radio, but that doesn't make him a 'lamb'.

Who basically started the race last because someone was nice enough to bump in to him in the first corner :nono:

Lewis told the team over the radio before his last stop that he was out of grip
And 5 minitues later he blames his team for the strategy
Not exactly a lions behaviour eh? :bs:

Well, actually, no, it's cos he got squeezed into someone at Turn 1 because there was 3 of them trying to get around at once and the mirrors have massive blindspots so they couldn't make the space they needed.

Was soo annoyed when JB hit Alonso, but what a race.
Very happy with the result.

If only Massa had let Alonso past.
Alosno could have got second.
Well happy for JB
