How so as I dominated my entire class of 44 and I'm not quite sure what a PSN trophy is. All shots are made for center mass where all the vitals are located thus leading to a more debilitating shot, common sense amongst LEO's.

The head's the only way to be sure when dealing with zombies.

:rofl::rolleyes:
Trying to have a serious and mature conversation here mate as I take this subject very very seriously as my life as a future police officer depends upon it, so please show some respect ok :) .

Got this one at home, take it out with me all time and i have a hulster for it to.

I'll ask you the same thing as I asked of stonemonkey and that would be to not comment unless you have something worthy to contribute.

tex

EDIT: I just want yall to know that I'm sorry if it seems I was disrespectful towards your comments and that I can appreciate the humor so no hard feelings right?

.303 Lee-Enfield rifle

Jealous

it reduced my mate to tears because of the kick on it. it was a quality bruise it gave him though.

Someone at range brought a Lee-Enfield .303. That rifle has a lot of grunt. The dude shot it, and everyone turned around. Nice one Jabberwocky

Nah you did not catch me in the wrong mood I would just like this subject to be taken seriously and no offense to you but an 'airgun' has no place in this discussion.

well when im fully stealth and no one can see me then the heart beat sensor is awesome!
i like to spray the f*** out of the L86 as its damage is awesome but its not accurate thus my accuracy is only 10% haha but my Kill ratio is 1.07 so thats all i care about :P

anyways wrong thread ill stop now :D

Greg,
I'm taking the plunge and buying one of these within the next week or two. I have had my CHL since '07 but have no off-duty, easily concealable handgun. Very high quality for the price of $360 out the door
http://www.taurususa.com/product-detail ... umbseries=

Thats a nice compact for that price. The .45's rounds are $$$, but if its just for backup plus a little range time, its all good :-)

I have yet to decide on .45... There are so many out there to choose from. :cloud9:

why would you need an off-duty easly concealable handgun unless your planning to shoot somone?

Your looking at it the wrong way Gaz yet I don't expect you to understand, no disrespect intended :) . A police officer is never 'off duty' but when they are 'off the clock' they are still upheld to the dutys of being a police officer 24/7 365. Most 'off duty' police officers do not want to be recognized as the police and can intervene when a crook does not think the police are around. Another fact is that you would not believe how many citizens when they see a police officer want to get free legal advice or ask if they can get citations fixed. Some times while 'off duty' I will 'open carry' but sometimes I may not want to.

Also there are legal advantages of being a CHL holder even for a police officer.

I really need a concealable pistol but I also need another duty pistol and can get a Glock 21 .45 for only $499 out the door which is about $200 cheaper than most people buy them for. We have a local wholesaler who sells guns only to the police or to police cadets so I'm really torn, like you said there are just too many choices :P:yes: .

Stealth,
A police officer I know who is a member of our hunting lease just bought a Glock 20 10mm which is even more superior than a .45 and still only $499 :) , hmmm decisions :D .

I luv the part about 'hunting big game' , more firepower  !

Interesting thread, being British I am not allowed to own a real gun and I'm rather glad about that, I find guns rather scary! Having said that I have shot three guns with live rounds, the first being a pump action .22 rifle at a funfair shooting gallery ... that was when I was about 8 years old  ... some years later at an army recruitment show I shot a paper tiger (well it was a target made of paper with a picture of a tiger on it ... I do not approve of shooting real tigers by the way, unless they're shooting at me) with a .22 conversion of an SLR. The scariest gun I have ever shot was a .50 cal heavy machine gun at a place called Onion Range in the Falklands, I only fired about 7 or 8 rounds but each one of them shook the ground! I have no desire to ever shoot another gun.
