Oooh, rain. This could mean alot of interesting ideas and even a chance to see who is better in the wet: Schumacher or Hamilton!

Through Vettel in the mix

Vettel by a country mile. Surely.

Dont forget its a twilight race....... if we get any rain delays, plus rain + poor ilumination.... it could be a DNF like last yr's Sepang.

Hope not. That Melbourne track rules.

I though last years Malaysian GP was brilliant entertainment!

Yes, the forecast calls for rain on both Saturday and Sunday for Melbourne. This should make the race much more interesting. I like the rain races, as my favourite driver Jenson Button tends to do very well in them. That, and the rain makes the race much more entertaining. The rain-soaked grand prix at Suzuka in 2007 was one of the most entertaining races I've ever watched.

Awesome! I like a good bit of Rain! i can see a good battle this weekend. Between Silver + Red

You mean the silver arrows and red bull?

Possible rain will make it a very interesting race no doubt .

Somehow I don't think the rain will turn up. As is customary as soon as any wet weather is talked about it'll never turn up.

'Possible chance of shower' literally means 'massive chance of nothing at all'.

I'm really enthused about having to wakeup at 12:30am to watch practice and then getup at 5am for school, oh well !!

1:21 am... 9 minutes til 1st practice. Live chat is very quiet... where have all the hardcore fans gone??

[Acenyc]

Here in NYC we won't get the second practice session until 1:30AM. According to the F1 live timing, it looks like Hamilton's flying. It looks like the MP4-25 is working.

2nd practice one-two by McLarens. This gives me faith in them
