With his huge success and proving to be a worthy competitior Alonso has been tipped to be one of the greatest drivers of all time. With his career really resembling Schumis and him being able to defeat the 7 time champion. Could he really follow the foot steps of Schumacher and beat the 2010 line up and win his 3rd title with the prancing horses. I have always been a Alonso fan. But mainly a Ferrari man, he cold be the best thing since Schumi.

You thoughts?

one of the best ? I consider him to be the best guy on the grid. we really dont know what exactly to expect from MS but I'd vote for Alonso any day. and then for a few ferrari 1 - 2's.

A close to impossible task (regardless of how talented he may be). But to be honest, who is hoping for another 'domination' era??

IMO he's still not really made up for throwing his toys out the pram so I'll wait to see how he gets on with Massa.

To use my phone in the car I deleted all my German contacts, it's now Hans free.

Simply put NO. Alonso is an amazing driver I'll agree with that but I personaly would not even start comparing him to MS in any sense unless he was on his sixth WDC. Even if he matched or surpassed MS in WDC's to me he will never come close to filling MS's driving shoes.
