Surely the budget cap will just mean the team are uncompetitive but can still get a car together? Didn't virgin bulid there car for 40 million max? Why couldn't USF1 do that? I suppose sponsors may have pulled out though after the cap was dropped.

No... the power balance is gonna shift at every race! I wouldn't be surprised if Williams and Sauber got in the mix with them too, i can't see those 4 teams locking out 8 of the top 10 places all the time by any stretch of the imagination. I can say with a fair amount of conviction that we will lose big names in Q2 again this season...
