The official 2010 F1 entry list has been published by the FIA.

The US F1 team has been dropped from the list and Stefan GP do not appear in their place meaning there will only be 24 cars at the first race in Bahrain. A statement said:

Having considered the various options, the FIA confirms that it is not possible for a replacement team to be entered for the Championship at this late stage.

HRT, formerly Campos, remain on the list but the team have not tested their car yet or officially announced when will partner Bruno Senna as their second driver.

BMW Sauber have been given car numbers 22 and 23 which were previously reserved for US F1.

The FIA says it will begin a process to: “fill any vacancies existing at the start of the 2011 season” which presumably will include the place previously held by US F1.

Well done yet again FIA for screwing up on such a simple little task.

I predict there will be a pretty big backlash from Bernie now as he was very much behind the rise of StefanGP.

I don't really care.

A serbian team based on Toyota, with Villeneuve and Nakajima driving won't make the grid. I have to be honest, it's not exactly something this season will miss. We have a wonderful battle for the championship shaping at the front. I'm not going to worry about another car that'll be 2 or 3 seconds of the pace.

What a load of codswhollop. How can it be 'too late' if they're ready? How isn't it 'too late' for the FIA that they only 'realise' a week before the season starts that a team that everyone else has knew for months wouldn't get there... utter bull.

Yep. And McLaren by proxy... or to be even more specific, Mike Coughlan had everything to do with this.
