So how about an update from everyone?

I'll start ! Had exam #6 on Monday and made a 87, was hoping to do alittle better, but I'm satisfied as I still have a high B grade average . At the moment we are learning "Mechanics of Arrest" which teaches us how to handcuff properly in the three different area's which consist of a basic standing arrest, a kneeling arrest and a prone arrest. Oh I almost forgot to mention that we are also taking on saturdays our "Law Enforcement Driving Tactics" were we get to do all thsoe cool high speed manuevers and such. On top of being a blast we can also get a 10% insurance break .

I'm currently awaiting a reply from a Deputy Sheriff who works for the dept I hope to get on with so all is well here, how about yall??

Creatine supplements demure? problem with them is they build you up and if you dont keep them up then you turn to fat!

Hehe, I was waiting for it spud, I knew it was too close to the start of the season for us to continue to be nice to each other.

Muscle doesn't turn to fat, it deflates and you seem fatter. You don't actually lose it.

Creatine fills your muscles with water and gives you about a 10-15% performance boost. It doesn't contain calories. Beef is high in creatine, your average steak has 3 grams of creatine. The body can't absorb more then 5 grams a day. Often you buy a tub and it says take 20 grams a day, that's their marketing department getting you to use product faster, you piss 15 down the toilet.

That sounds fairly cool Tex. I proposed to my GF in Bruges on Valentines Day, I've been feeling fairly positive since I got down on one knee

I'm not a sheriff yet as I'm still in the academy but God willing I will be soon after my May 7th graduation date .

I havent had a job since 14th August and today I HAVE A JOB

Its only 25 hours, so not enough for me but its as an admin assistant for an accountants in Norwich (as I now live with Alex) so I am going to get as much experience from this job possible and then try to find a job nearer to home and full time in admin as I am going to have to get a train to norwich.
