I predict that FM will be light on fuel and shoot very seriously for the pole. Two reasons: his home race, so he's playing to the gallery and second, to act as a stopper, control the race and hold up the McLaren boys from pole so that heavy-fuelled KR can keep up with them and then win the race based on pit strategy.

Alternatively, if FM is second on the grid with either McLaren boy in front and behind, he might go for it in the first corner no matter what and take out one or both McLarens in the process...

Thats an interesting and quite probable outcome. its going to be an exciting race no matter whoes on pole

Oh no not another scenario I have to deal with in my head LOL! The second proposal would be more to my liking only in retrospect of the potential outcome but being a 'sporting man' I would have ethical issue's if was a intentional act.

I would be more than happy and satisfied with the potential result's of scenario one with Kimi taking the win and Lewis taking his well earned and deserved 'driver's' championship.
