there pioneers though the car is bound to have issues and its on pace in testing.

I think it's the best looking car of the year (not that it makes much difference), but if the lap times from Jerez are representative, it could be a decent car, better than USF1 and Campos anyway...

I think you could be right, not necessarily because of initial design, but the fact that they were the first of them to test is going to make a huge difference. I expect they will have a whole new package ready for Bahrain based on the speed they were able to develop that new front wing and the extra testing time they have had to gather data. Lotus might be able to put something together too, but Campos and USF1 simply don't have enough time, they will be lucky if they even get a decent setup for the race with the equipment they have, much less upgrades. All I am really hoping for at this point is for them not to embarrass themselves.
