I've read that Bruno Senna, Ralf Schumacher, Romain Grosjean and Christian Klien have been in contact with Stefan GP with regards to securing a race seat for next season. Kazuki Nakajima is though to be already penciled in for one of the seats as part of a deal with Toyota. Grosjean is apparently bringing money with him as is Klien whereas Ralf isn't (who would want him on that basis!?). The Senna link is interesting as it could signal a buyout of Campos by Stefan GP, rather than Texiera or VW as had been suggested today by a Spanish paper...

According to F1Racing.com.hr, it seems we might have a Milos Pavlovic from Serbia on the grid this season.

:hehe: Yeah right. Test driver perhaps. But driver, even this Serbian team don't want to embarrass themselves. Pavlovic isn't a top a driver. Him getting an F1 drive would define pay-driver.

He got a few podiums in F2 nothing spectacular though.

I know I haven't applied for many jobs (none to be honest), but I'd assume you aren't usually expected to assume/guess how much you'll get paid.

It's quite common. If they don't ask for it in the application, they tend to ask in the interview. It's an opportunity for them to find out whether or not you've done any research about the role. If you can give a figure similar to what they are expecting to want to pay you (perhaps by going off the amount another company pays an employee in that role) then it indicates that you've looked in to it and are genuinely interested in it. Or made a very lucky guess. :P

I wouldn't jump at the opportunity too soon if I was looking for a job at StefanGP. If all the best happens and Campos and USF1 make it the StefanGP team will have to spend a lot of time sat around in the factory doing bugger all.

That prospect is dependent on whether they'll still have to pay you.

You'd spend most of your time developing a car for the 2011 regulations, testing components for it on the current car etc. in the hope that one of the teams pulled out. At which point you'd be ready to take their place. With the ability to test more than any championship-contending team at present, Stefan GP would actually present a good potential opportunity for someone.
