I don't even think of the SLR as a McLaren, they blatantly had very little to do with it in terms of concept. It even has a Mercedes denomination (although i'm not sure the 'L or R' parts are appropriate). It's a big fat Mercedes for big fat footballers.

its areo is pretty much merc aswell as the engine but the chasis etc.. is Mclaren.

But i know what you mean.

The 12-C is going to be amazing though can't wait for it to be on topgear or suchlike
