ArtHowe I appologize to you for my last post, I am dealing with some personal issue's at home and they have flowed over into this thread. My reply to this thread as "having gone to crap" was in response to how it started turning into another McLaren vs Ferrari thread, atleast that's how I viewed it.

As most of you know by now I'm not big on the debate's concerning the internal happening's of F1. Dont get me wrong I'm very interested but I like to focus on the "on track" result's, that's just me.

As to what team's I support we all know for me it's Ferrari and that stemmed from my love of their road car's growing up. Other than them I support every team but I'm more of a driver's man thus I support a truelly talented driver over what team he is driving for. That's why I have said time and time again that Lewis will be a deserving champion, if he win's, as his performance has been outstanding.

Well that is very magnanimous of you Texasmr2. And I hope your personal issues are soon resolved to your satisfaction but I don't think the McLaren/Ferrari issue is likely to be over until this season's drivers' championship is resolved. :)

Oh, and what happened to your inaugural address to the plebs Dali, when you avowed that you did not consider it within the remit of a moderator to censure members because you disagreed with their opinions?

Opinions - fine. Racial slurs and defamation - not fine. Can you get this into your skull? Good!

To answer the question: I don't support a particular team, I support drivers similar to texasmr2. IF I had to pick a team I'd go for BMW-Sauber (with emphasis on Sauber).

I was raised with the belief that it is not WHAT you say but HOW you say it but this can be reversed also. Not pointing finger's so I hope the two of you can come to some sort of understanding and compromise as you both add great and respected input to this forum.

Artie, I consider this slander on my person. You better check your sources before you spread lies about me - you darn well know I did not write this! In your zealous mission to find something 'incriminating' on me, you did a rather sloppy job ('the truth hurts' ).
I had one transgression (out of almost 2300 posts) in a heated argument with you Sir and I apologized for it. So, no need to reheat that old hat. At any rate, I'm not the least amused by this low-blow you tried here and would have expected more class from you, so I'm disappointed... :o:(

You are right Dali, I apologise.

The problem was that in "previous posts" listings it shows as:

"Topic: Evidence that Ferrari instigated McLaren Spy Saga

get over it u stupid bitch and move on mclaren cheated and it was PROVEN in court. what ever u say now wont change anything,if mclaren were as smart as u are this light penalty would not have been giv ..."

It is unfortunate that the listing chose to highlight that particular section of your post but, on further checking, it does appear that you were quoting someone else.

I should have checked the full post before quoting from the record of previous posts. Again I apologise.

When debates turn into bickering, how about taking your fight to PM?

I dont want to read it.

Apology accepted.

Now, can we all get along and NOT use racially tinted language (as an absolute) and defamation of people especially here on the forum but also to a degree with regard to F1 personnel?
Thank y'all :D

Ronnie, you know exactly what I'm saying - don't start a polemic here.

I am not trying to cause an argument, so accusing me of trying to could be construed as being ‘tantamount to causing a polemic’.

Maybe it is me, but what you wrote reads as though you are telling us not to utter any defamations aimed at F1 personnel.
