That's a bit rich. I for one don't think I need to change my attitude. I can't talk for anyone else, but if Vettel makes a mistake, I'll criticise him for it. I don't pretent that he's perfect, I don't make excuses for him. But if he does well, I'll celebrate. I don't think I behave any differently to most F1 fans, and actually I think I'm more open-minded in my support than a whole lot of people on here...

I just hope this season in interesting! Of course, in an ideal world, Vettel will win (am I allowed to hope for that? ) - but I hope it's a good, close fight. I want there to be lots of good racing and changing fortunes, rather than one or two teams racing away with it.

Sure, but I don't speak in absolutes. Absolutes are lies. Vettel just has a lot of supporters (Generally the fairweather ones, not diehard fans like you) who act as if he is the second coming. A bit like many of Hamilton's fans (Again, generally not the true ones) a couple of years ago. Flavour of the week stuff.

1. Several teams/drivers fighting for the championship (Ferrari, Mclaren, Mercedes, Red Bull), plus any of the others being able to score and get on the podium.
2. Ferrari not favouring Alonso, Mercedes not favouring Schumacher and Mclaren not favouring Lewis.
3. Alonso and Massa driving themselves to a great season. Lewis and Jenson too, and Michael not embarrassing himself
4. Good sportsmanship, none of that parking on Monaco
5. Kimi in F1!
6. Renault to do well.
7. Fernando ALWAYS finishing higher than Lewis.
8. Suzuka
9. That the new no-refueling thing doesnt backfire. Hmmm this should be higher up........
10. World peace and the erradication of poverty.
