No no, I don't think you understand, the FiA absolutely indisputably do have control over this. It just so happens that Ferrari are doing it by the book, completely above board, as sanctioned by the FiA.
True dat.i hate the testing ban, ensures that people start the season with problems they had no idea that they had. and means that there is nothing to watch in the long off season.
Yeah i have to admit the testing ban is properly ridiculous in that sense. The only real way it helps is that it evens out the testing that every teams get - I do remember the top teams flying round a track for hundred's and thousand's of miles before a season - when the lower end teams would barely get any.
I think they should definitely enforce this 'testing on Mondays' idea. Hats off to Bernie for this one. Sounds like a really logical way to test for not a lot of moohlah.
