He's not exactly a British icon though is he. But I'm all for an extra day off and we have plenty of great Britons to pick from. :scratchchin:

yeh definitly.

isambard kingdom brunel for example, becuase he also has King in his name, and he was brilliant.

It was actually just another workday for the mass's but alot of schools are recognizing it now. Yah I also respect the man and his contributions a great deal and MLK Day is in the works to be a national holliday. Anywho it was strange having another 3 day weekend, I feel a day behind now even though I did some school work today.

He's not exactly a British icon though is he.

Sorry I'll be more accomodating next time :hehe: .
