I think McLaren are being, and should remain, dignified. What has happened this season is despicable and Ron Dennis does not need to lower himself and the reputation of the team to the standard that certain other teams do not mind dropping to. Time and energy should be well spent on what McLaren do best............racing!!!

No, I don't think they should 'go legal'. I've had enough of all the legal malarkey that has gone on this season - I just want to see the racing! The sport is getting a bad rep and I don't think going down the legal route would solve any problems.

It must certainly will backfire. Ferrari have sprinted across the line for years and got away with, McLaren, who are basically innocent and, at best, stick a toe out of lie and find themselves fined, turfed out the championship, victimised, and spied upon by the FIA.

McLaren certainly would have a case if they went to court, even the WMSC had to admit the evidence was not up to full legal standards. So, even if McLaren were as guilty as sin, which of course they are not, they would still get off due insufficient and inconclusive evidence.

However, McLaren, headed by Dennis, have acted with decorum and have said that for the good of the sport it's time to draw a line under the events and move on. From a personal point of view, I would take a more hard, some would say militant view, on the FIA and would love to see them challenged, however, I repsect the stoic attitude of McLaren and Dennis.

It would be great to see a justice but if McLaren took the FIA to court there would be serious repercussions. Max would invent a new rule like 'Anyone taking the FIA to court is banned for 3years".McLaren have the moral victory and will retain that by not stooping to the levei of Ferrari and the FIA. Max and his Ferrari henchmen have to go before any just system can be contemplated.

Well Ron attempted to take the FIA and FOCA to task with regards to the alotment of cash. And the payback for that is what has happened this year. The loss of the WCC and $100,000,000 is payback for the last time Ron took them on.

Best to shut up and race.

Seeing they are supposedly so innocent and victimized it's the only thing to do.

The FIA would not have any sway in the civil courts so Do IT Ron Just DO IT.

Ron and the boys have shown us how honourable & dignified they are this year & the cat is well and truly out of the bag. The myth has ended.

I think so, yes. FIA does need some industrial-strength cleaning, and such bad publicity might force them to get rid of some mighty ones...
