As stupid as this thread may sound but little things make F1. Michael was famous for his Red helmet at 'Ferrari' i seriously think he may need to change his design to maybe a little more silver? New Era new Schumi i believe?

he could revert to his original white with blue top. his Red helmet only came about in around 00 or 01 i thought as it clashed with Rubens's.

I wonder if it'll be anything like that "chrome" helmet he used at Suzuka 1998? But then again that particular helmet didn't bring him much luck on race day.

well he went all red to match Ferrari, so he will probably go with a black and silver design, or even Patronas colours may come into it.

Yeh it will prob have the same basicly design just a colour change like Alonso's chagned from Mclaren to Renault etc..

Looks like all Mercedes did was wipe off the yellow highliter pen and apply a blue one.

I think drivers should be able to make there helmet look however they damn well please. I think forcing them to put sponsorship on their helmets is terrible, its the one thing that the driver should be able to have creative freedom with, I like it.

No one forces a driver to match the helmet to the car. If it is so it was the driver's choice. Moreover, any sponsor logo on a helmet with the possible exception of a team name is the driver's personal sponsor and he is paid by them do display it there.
