It's about time somebody has come out and said it. It's all true: he has been in the job for far too long. At the beginning of his tenure he carried through some good safety legislation - which anybody would have done anyway - but what has he done since, apart from ally himself to Ferrari and give them free reign to get away with what they please whilst the other teams follow a more strict set of rules.

Regardless of whether or not McLaren were guilty, or it was a setup, or whatever, the investigation into the spy scandal was flawed and conducted in an unprofessional manner. Money, personal vendettas and alegiances dictated the outcome from the beginning. As head of the FIA, Mosley should have clamped down on this, but oh no. He was instigating it and stoking its fires!

Then, we have his rediculous new series of rules for Formula One, having teams that aren't up to stratch and which are barely teams at all, standarised parts, the lot. In effect, taking the heart out of the sport.

Mosley, likes his predecessors, is a disgrace. He has shamed the sport for many years and the spy scandal was the nadir of his tyranny. Get him out, now!

As for the FIA, it needs to have a look at itself, as Sir Jacke Stewart says. We have rules simply invented to penalise teams, Ferrari have more representatives on the WMSC than anybody, decisions made behind closed doors, and in cahoots with Ecclestone and his motley crue. You name it, the FIA soap-charade has it.

This sport needs a revolution.

With DD at the top we would have a lot more of the same: biased decisions and failure to realise the truth. McLaren would be evil cheaters and the FIA would always be innocent.

I guess as one of his first acts, he'll allow drivers to vent their frustrations on others through the usage of CS gas. :P

If you ask me there are a lot of rules that need fixing.
Espically the safety car ones, look at Canada at leat 5 drivers where caught out with that one.

True, but that's pretty small time to what we are talking about here. I think it's time rules which ensure some form accountability in the FIA were put in the place. The old boys' network and the days of partisan-political decisions have to be ended for the benefit of the sport.

Funny, that exact corruption was what the current regime supposedly put an end to.

You're right and that's why if you keep it up the way you do, you'll get a full dose of it - so you better hope it's not like you said it would be :D:P

I am only too predictable. It's my failing as a man. That and I drive a Chevy.
