Ralf Schumacher also considering a comeback

Just like his brother Michael, Ralf Schumacher is considering a return to Formula One should he find an appropriate team to race with. Having already turned down an offer, the German says that money isn't the issue, but rather what the partnership would achieve together.

"I feel that my desires to race in Formula 1 are still there," Schumacher told Germany's 'Bild' magazine, "There must be a challenge, it is not about money but what we can achieve with the team.

"I know that my reputation suffered during my time at Toyota but I left that behind me. I know what I can do and I feel ready to do it again."

Ralf spent two years racing in the DTM series with Mercedes, after retiring from Formula One at the end of 2007.

Yep. To be fair, i think he only bottled it after his Indy crash, he was ok up until then.

It was the local tricycle club that wanted him as their number one driver, but RS didn't like their aero department.

I think if it was the motivated, pre-Toyota Ralf and I was the Renault boss, I'd seriously consider making an offer.
