We normally have turkey for xmas over here, then live on turkey sandwhiches/left overs for a while or at least till we get sick of the sight of turkey lol :D

We have another turkey roast meal today for dad's birthday and then a 3 bird roast tomorrow just cos we can - plus he wasn't here on Christmas. All those roast potatoes and kilted sausages...Heavenly!

Well since 99% of my immediate family live out of town we do not have the normal Christmas meals anymore. Around 15+yr's ago we started mixing it up so we would not have two huge turkey dinners back to back so to speak, so either Thanksgiving or Christmas would be something different such as lasagna.

I fell off the wagon and just ate a BigMac and small fry (1st ones in over a year) :hehe: last night. Today will be my last cheat meal because I'm starting a "body cleanse" tomorrow and must get back to the gym and back on my nutrion program.

So I'm thinking seafood for today :thumbup: !!
