Well now that the boring Indianpolis is gone. America is looking a new circuit for F1 cars to race at.
Well Laguna Seca is an extremely popular circuit, and very Challenging. So why not there.
I for one had doubts about an F1 car driving the corkscrew, would the scrap of the ground.
Well, they don't

So my question is, do you think f1 should race at Laguna Seca.
The lap times are around 1:05, which is quite short. But opinions please

Ask Toyota, I think it was last year they did a domonstration there at some event and broke the lap record.

And yep, I think it would be a cool track for F1, there was some suggestions about Las Vegas too but that might just have been in the wake of the Indianapolis debacles.

Which track is it that Mazda pays for its name on? Is it Laguna Seca? Whatever it is, That would mean Ford is having something to do with F1. Would that be a barrier?

hello, i'm new to the board and motorsport in general.

just curious whether the detroit grand prix course is desirable or not for F1 racing these days.

America does not deserve F1, they are too much in love with the stock cars and insist on hosting open wheel racing on bumpy streets!

Hey

I recall the Detroit GP well, it was an awful GP with no strights and lots of 90 degree turns.

On a positive note, the IRL race at Belle Isle was good this year!

Laguna Seca would be a great track to host the next US GP but I also like Watkins Glen.
