Not really...It isn't that rough since we are only trainning.
When we have our Kruang/Prajied exams (it's like the belt for other martial arts) we have some harder fights. But it isn't that hard at all (like the punch in the gif).
Of course we get punched or a kicked a little harder once in a while, but it's only when we get distracted.
Our purpose is not hurt our trainning/fight mate(we don't even call ourselves as opponent) =p

Ok, I ain't gonna lie to you...I can easily be violent if I want to.It's not 6 years playing with dolls. But I just don't have this instinct. I mean, I've practiced it for hobby, not for fighting.
