I was listening to this audio feed and found it quite interesting how many times he says "Erm" or "Err" and other close/similar thinking pauses
I'm guessing it's because of his dyslexia, because I have some dyslexic tendancies and I am quite simular with the pausing and use "Erm" and "Err" quite a lot just not to the extent of how he does it...
