I think that McLaren will be so glad to get rid of him that they will be willing to swap him for Kovalainen. Briatore wouldn't hesitate. Of course Alonso would be delighted to have Fisichella as his team mate as Fisichella is basically washed up and will never amount to a challenge. Perhaps he might be a half decent "rear gunner" but even that is debatable.
I don't see any viable options other than Briatore who seems to have the patience Alonso requires, which probably comes from Briatore's extensive experience of the female psyche.
If I were Dennis, I would want £50,000,000 + Kovalainen for the Spaniard. But that would be the starting point for negotiation... actually I'd be willing to take a couple of quid.
