It's amazing how women are always made out to be the victims of domestic violence but in reality it does work both ways, not all men are the aggressive ones in a relationship, it's nice to see an article that highlights the plight of men who are being abused... some men like it but that's another story... :wink:

not sure UK law might be different...for example i think if somone said..

"i'm going to F*cking kill you" or gave racial abuse for example.

they could be arrested under UK Law

They'd get sent to the tower of London then were they would be beheaded for the queens amusement, or if she's board they get sent to the colonies.

IIRC you are only allowed to threaten physical harm to children other wise it is an offence. IE you do that again and you will have a smack.

thinking about it might of been it is if you actually hit them after saying it it becomes pre meditated instead of a reaction thing.

just because you can not be arrested for it does not make it right. you can hit people on the soles of the feet with a ruler and it does not leave a mark does not mean it does not hurt.
