I recognised one of the billboards in the photo, and remembered that it used to always be at Monza.

It was, Alain Prost at the 1986 Italian Gran Prix.

He was disqualified for changing cars after the race start procedure

and the driver/year/car here?

I'm just gonna hazard a guess. Could it be Clay Regazzoni in either 1979 or 1980

Or could it even be Tiff Needell

Hi folks, new to the board, and absolutely AMAZED at what information people are able to extract from a single picture.

cap-dude got the black flag pic right, it was indeed issued to Prost at Monza, 1986.

The other photo was from 1979 as some of you said (sort of ), but the driver is none of those suggested...

no but he did end up with the most points at the end of that year, 1994.
