There is literally no way the Grand Prix deal can be salvaged. I'd be amazed if the circuit can be salvaged.

Very likely. And it's probably also very likely we won't even see F3, BTCC etc there next year if no money can be coughed up just to tidy it up.

As far as I can recall, you are correct. They made a mess of it a while ago.

I find it amazing that they even attempted to get a F1 race at Donington given the precarious financial position they were in. Plus it shows Bernie's greed as well; giving the race to a circuit that wasn't even in a position to host the race, I don't understand why he would ever want F1 to move to Silverstone!?!?!
