Alright, the bottom one was easy, the top one looks like the car isn't a monocoque so on that basis, i'd narrow it down to 1962 or 1963. I thought the cowling looked a little too sculpted for a Lotus. is it something odd like a Lola?
and is it the Nurburgring? or a non-championship race?

This one is quite hard...
It is a Lotus! and the year: a bit later than 63.
But it is a championshiop race and it's not Nurbugring....Im going to come back and answer unaswered ones later.

It is a Lotus! and the year: a bit later than 63.
