Schumacher should just come back.
Show people who's boss for a while.

Didn't he come back last year and blew away most of the drivers in testing? If he wanted to and got back into shape, he'd beat the current crop of drivers hands down

That was then and who knows how much blame was with Ferrari.
Also, after having won 5 titles in a row, I'd imagine the motivation level understandably just wasn't all the way up to where it should be (see, e.g., KR now). If MS decided to come back after a hiatus, he'd be VERY motivated and wouldn't take any prisoners.

I don't think Schumacher's motivation dropped at all. He was desperate to win the 2006 title and retire as champion. Schumacher was a great driver but guys like Kubica would be a threat to his success, and Schumacher never could take this.

I think what he means is that he wants to see Vettel in a Ferrari and for Raikkonen to be shown the door. Personally, I disagree. Vettel should come to McLaren-Mercedes and Kovalainen should be given the sack. Raikkonen should stay at Ferrari where he can go off the boil for a lot of the season.

The second is more worrying: he cannot overtake as well as people such as Alonso and Hamilton, and that is a skill learned much less easily. In fact, it's something you really pick up in karting.

Well he said he's going to do some karting in the off season so perhaps he knows it and is going to work on it.

Its gonna be even more important next year as your not going to be able to wait for the pits.
