Don't know what Heidfeld will be driving next year, maybe in LeMans, maybe not in F1 but this man deserved better then a lowly team in F1 if he's resigned. Heidfeld said he became emotional in the final few laps in the Sauber, the original team where he started and where it will end, as a parting gift, BMW-Sauber gave Nick an F1 car (not Robert which tells you how important Nick was to the team). Good luck Nick.

Really? What did they give him?

Heidfeld is a very good driver and I'm surprised that he doesn't have a seat for next year already. He's quick, reliable, intelligent, good at setting the car up and a team-player. He might not have the out-right speed of Hamilton and Raikkonen, but he rarely makes mistakes and his smart driving often gets him in to great positions. Plus, he's pulled off some very exciting moves in his time in F1. I really hope he finds a seat in F1 next year, he deserves it.

They didn't said but the announcment was that Nick recieved an F1 car for his years of services for Sauber, maybe he can take his F1 car out to the Ring  Heidfeld has beating every teammate he has and his asking price is lower then anyone on the grid, yet once again his underrated in the paddock, but McLaren team boss did say Heidfeld hasn't gone unnoticed in the McLaren camp, keeping my fingers crossed.

I'd be extremely happy to have him at McLaren. Most underrated driver at the moment imo

I've got my fingers crossed too. I was kinda hoping that he'd go to Williams at one stage, but Rubens got that one. McLaren would be good for Heidfeld, he'd definitely help them secure the WCC at the least and he'd finally get that elusive first win.

Mhm. Underrated is the best way to describe him.

Nick is a good driver that brings in the points. He finished in 5th place at the peenis track and nobody here noticed, including myself.

Whats a 'peenis' track? :D

If you look at it very closely, you will see a peenis.
