I'd prefer it if the teams could get their tyres from whoever they chose. Much more exciting.

but the best way to see constructor vs constructor is if everyone is on the same tyre.

Is it just me thinking this....eleven days after Jean Todt is elected FIA president, F1 will become embroiled in another tire controversy. What would be your opinion if Pirelli became exclusive supplier of F1 tires.

I guess they will pull out from GP2 also.
EDIT
Bridgestone will continue in its role as partner and tyre supplier to the GP2 Series and GP2 Asia Series, and will also continue as the sole supplier in MotoGP until at least 2011.

no they are staying around for that!

Having a look around and seeing as in F2 Cooper tyres are used under their Avon brand i guess they will be keen to supply the FIA's pinnacle series as well as F2.

Maybe Goodyear? I have no idea though.

Maybe we'll even see multiple tyre manufacturers again?

I hope so.

Hm. If Bridgestone aren't replaced by two or more tyre manufacturers, I'll be disappointed. We need to go back to the days where there were two different brands having advantages at different tracks.

i don't like that its better with one make its more equal less of a lottery.

The same could be said about standard engines... ;)

And the "best" way to see driver vs driver is if they all run the same car and I don't want that either. Formula One is complex and I like it that way.
