I do love the stage musical. I've seen it 4 times, once on Broadway.

BUT


It didn't translate well to film. I hate the singing of Pierce Brosnan and Meryl Sreep. Pierce sounds like he has a bubble stuck in his throat.

The thing I hate about all these best of/best ever polls is so many people only remember the last few years.So far too many recent films get high up and some truely great films get overlooked.

Yeah I mean where is the silent move - Four Horsemen Of The Apocalpyse, or even Titanic.
Four Horsemen... is supposed to be (if money then was equal to now) the second highest grossing film ever, I think, Titanic being no.1.
