That was me watching Suzuka, certainly! But I usually manage to stay awake during a race...

The double-decked diffuser and Tilke tracks cause that downward curve.

Same here. :hehe:

During 2008 I was glued to the TV, every weekend, every second. But this year not so much. Really I think you need to follow F1 closely and have someone to support, otherwise it becomes very dull. Thus when Massa stopped racing this year, F1 certainly lost a touch of interest.

Well you did wake up before the end, and come back on chat with..

"why is Hamilton 3rd?"

"did Alguersuari crash?"

Doesn't apply to me...

Nor me. I don't think I've ever fallen asleep during a race. My graph would consist of a generally high plateau with a few peaks and troughts.

Before twilight races I managed to dose off midway through the Oz gp once or twice. I got so angry when I woke up, had to watch the darn repeat.

If its during the day there is no chance of me falling asleep during a gp, however I am on the edge of my seat at the start of the race and I do make the quick trip for a coffee now and then when the race is not at the pitstop(s) stage. :coffee:

Its just like in football you get good matches and bad matches.

And Brilliant Matches

The last race is definitely in the Brilliant category edge of your seat pretty much the whole way though.

i think you have to support it closely too or it becomes boring, alot of races are like that for me.. but id add a couple of little peaks for pit stops!
