You've got to love these lists haven't you? lol
The're a good talking point but are pretty meaningless really, as they only portray the opinion of the author themselves. Each and everyone of us could create our preferred list and they'd all be different. Its quite interesting to see Button so far in front of Hamilton and Kimi placed at 13... In my opinion and this is my opinion, I'd put Kimi and Lewis next to each other with Kimi in front due to his outright record of race wins over Lewis's successfull 3 seasons. I do think in time Lewis will overtake Kimi in the stakes for 'greatest', but as of 2009 its clearly Kimi... Button has just won his well deserved first WDC and I'm not surprised he is ahead of Lewis. The British press love a new story and the 2008 WDC is old news to them now, so the hype of Button finally clinching a well fought championship is hard to ignore. If JB doesn't perform as well as he has this year next season, I would expect the Times not to include him in this list next year due to the fickle nature of out beloved tabloids...
