i actually rhink most guys prefer less on a girl but then i also think girls put more on cause of other girls and of course the media, a little is fine, esp if it boosts confidence, but less is more .. for me anyway :)

Yeah, same for those who starve themselves in order to be extremely skinny - it's just not necessary, and it is annoying that people feel almost... pressured into doing such things by the mainstream.

Unfortunately, very few women are comfortable with their weight, we all want to be slimmer.

Whether girls are comfortable isn't really something I've thought about - the seemingly accepted 'perfect figure' is far too skinny though. So yeah I'd agree, it's definitely not necessary.

Being really skinny is the perfect figure though, well in my eyes

 Always srtiving for skinnyness!. I hate it if I find a bulgy bit when I bend forward with jeans on. :yikes:

Ditto!!

Like now :/ Even bloat I hate!

I feel 'attractive' if I feel thin, but I am not one to diet really, starving myself is much easier

Its not necessary the best or healthiest option though, since when you starve yourself your body will slow down and use less calories so you won't actually loose that much weight compared with doing exercise or just easting healthier less fatty foods.

I exercise as well, and if I eat it would be like carrots or something... less than 200 cals a bag :) Can loose 2 pounds a day that way

You are correct Gaz as the body goes into a 'starvation mode' and store's fat cell's because the body need's something to feed on. So the biggest loss is due to muscular atrophy. One thing I learned 20+yr's ago is to let the mirror be one's judge and not the scale. With intense training I can gain about 1-3lb's of body weight every 6-8 week's while my clothing get's baggy.

EAT HEALTHY AND EAT 5-6 SMALL MEALS PER DAY, OR ATLEAST ADJUST YOUR PORTION SIZES, AND YOU WILL SEE POSITIVE RESULT'S IN YOUR PHYSIQUE ASWELL AS YOUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELLBEING.

I do a lot of running during the week, and sometimes go Swimming on a weekend or do weights.

Doing some laps on rFactor with a Logitech G25 steering wheel can be quite physical as well...

Yall shouldnt starve yourself. Its extremely unhealthy, and you'll gain the weight back really fast. Starving yourself deprives your body of the energy you need to get through the day. When you starve yourself on a regular basis, your body will start looking weak and unhealthy after time. Calories are good for you, its just an overabundance of it thats bad. I dont know why people think calories are bad for you. Its the total, saturated, and trans fat that you have to watch out for.

I don't think men look at women's bodies as much as its made out to be, all girls need to do is smile and a few sparks in conversation or mannerism and suddenly their in a different light.

I don't know whether that's an insult for men or women

While I was watching "The Pacific" trailer, posted in the movies thread, I noticed Isabel Lucas was in it. She used to be in Home and Away a few years ago and I always thought she was a very pretty young lady.
