Not really what I was hoping for. But I think any engine is probably better than the Toyota.

Williams to battle it out with USF1, Campos, Manor and Lotus for the best of the last third of the grid.

Like many others I was hoping for a Williams / Renault tie up but I feared that Cosworth would be the preferred option, another step closer to a spec engine series, what next?

Cosworth is being allowed to develop its engine over the winter, while other engine manufacturers are not. I'm sure that this will not result in "parity". Either Cosworth will not be able to catch up, or they'll get ahead. Red Bull's interest in the engine may be due to this.
