Man the Typhoon is an awesome plane. Supposedly some RAF pilots in the typhoon beat some F-22's in a simulated dogfight.

this is one of my brothers planes, he is a corpral in the RAF and has served in afgahnistan, if you remember the race they had on top gear with the eurofiter and the bugatti this was also one of my brothers planes, they are stationed at RAF Conningsby

Great pics,as said before the bottom one is awesome.Best dogfighting plane in the world FACT :hehe: Shame we've sold it to so many other countrys,so basicly lost its advantage.

I think the point of the F-22 is not to get into a dog fight scenario, rather kill the bogeys 15 miles out before they ever see it.

Nah it is still a very capable dog fighter. I'm pretty sure the U.S. government would'nt make the same mistake they did in Vietnam, and that was thinking dogfighting was obsolete.
