Lots of interesting things there if you read between the lines.

Briatore has stated that the grounds for his action were that there was a delay in the issue of the summons, a failure to state the charges in advance and a lack of access provided to prosecution document and to the key witness.

Briatore also stated that there had been a 'breach of the natural rules of justice' including a lack of impartiality of the body passing judgement, the secret negotiation of the decision before the hearing and the granting of selective immunities.

Though Im not a great fan of Briatore, he makes some very valid points.

What is it with Flavio Briatore and suing people?!?!... Frankly Briatore's F1 career is over anyway, no team will want to touch him after his admitted race fixing!
#163769
Regardless whether any team would touch him, he is still an agent and would like to represent drivers, Mark Webber for one.

Not according to the FIA, he's not!

What an idiot. Granted, he has a point about the impartiality of the trial, but still... he got the punishment he deserved. :irked:

Did he?
He should thank his lucky stars that Singapore has not charged him with endangering life in the court that has real authority over his criminal actions.
The FIA simply enforces sporting and technical regulations.

But there were three people involved in that stupid decision. One gets no punishment, one gets an offer of no punishment and one gets banned for life. Whats that all about? You cant punish some people more than others depending on how much you like them or how much unfinished business you have with them. ....Oh hang on, yes you can, this is the FIA.

Responsibility is the keyword here. Flabio was the teamboss.

Yes I can see that. The buck stops here. But evidence seems to suggest Pat had more to do with it.(And Max dislike Briatore)
