24 cans! Are we talking 440ml cans or 330ml cans? I can only drink about 8 - 12 440ml cans before wanting to throw up... too much gas (in the cans, that is).

But yes Aussies are hard drinking folk; I worked with an Aussie years ago and he could drink anyone under the table, 10 pints and he's just getting started!

It's called a case here in the US. And yes, in Pennsylvania you can't buy a six-pack of beer, you have to buy a case! Something to do with preventing youth from buying booze b/c it would be too expensive...
