I have never understood the appeal of tiny versions of wild animals.

If anything I would prefer a huge hedgehog, one the size of a large dog!
Now that would be a pet worth owning.

You cant eat them!! (but gypseys used to-they covered them in clay and put them on the BBQ, then when they were cooked all the spikes came off on the clay) But why am I telling you this? You cant eat them!!!!! Too expensive anyway at £150 a go!

Thanks for the pointer - I was asking myself how to deal with the spikes. Tender hedgehog, yummm! :twisted:

Its more like chicken, it has no "taste" as such, what we do taste is the bacteria.

Even so, I think it taste more like weasel or mole. It depends on the amount of garlic you use.

EDIT..

Its not mole. taste like filth.
