Absolutely... bring 'em on! Doesn't that livery reek of class? It wouldn't look out of place in Tate Modern Gallery. If Damien Hirst cut it in half and put it in a glass case, he'd make another 50 million!

Its cool! A JPS is in the Donnington museum near where I live, Its gorgeous! They my favourite ever. They were so much more beautiful than all the other cars on the grid. F1 is a different game now tho , so expensive! Could it be done? And without a Colin Chapman??

I would LOVE to see Lotus return to F1, is it really going to happen?

You left one option out: Great thing. I would love to see Lotus back in Formula One. They were easily the most influential team in Formula One history. McLaren, Ferrari and Williams have done nothing in comparison to a team such as that.

I'd like to see Brabham returning to F1 as well as Lotus, get some seriously rich people wanting to start an F1 and get them to resurrect them. :)

F1 seems pretty crowded at the moment, I dont think they would want anymore then next years 24 cars.

Maybe you will see one of the other teams departing. I saw that there were 4 major players rejected for next year this year, jordan etc.

Maybe some of the smaller teams will drop out, remeber jaguar?

Unfortunately that is not Lotus's 2008 F1 car.
Its something i created in my spare time, and as someone pointed out correctly, it is a Ferrari F2007.

And unfortunately someone was right in saying that there is a 24 car limit to F1. So the only way for lotus to return is by buying out another team.

Of course i though it was an interesting prospect to look at. Seeing as they were the 4th most sucessful team behind Williams. But seeing as Volkswagen i believe now own Lotus there could be a possibilty of them returning. VW have huge amounts of cash to inject, and lotus have that experience, though i'm sure alot of it is gone. but still an interesting thing, seeing as we did see the return of Renault

P.S. 2 crucial things no one noticed, one the ferrari symbol at the top of the picture, and that you can't have cigarette sponsors, meaning JPS
