Not the most exciting race, both in terms of action or strategy, but, as McLaren supporter, I'm pretty chuffed with another well-earned win (though I didn't think much of Kovalainen's drive. It's pretty certain he will be gone next season anyway, thankfully).

I thought it was one of those massa-style races, where one leads from pole, no real racing, and with luck/unluck or other drivers mistakes the win comes to you.

It really is not Lewis' fault that both Rosberg and Vettel screw up with stupid pit lane mistakes, but after those Lewis wasn't challenged at all. and that's a shame for racing and F1.

I'll disagree, because Massa usually manages to pull away from pole position. Not with the win coming to him

Also, did anyone else see Martin Whitmarsh pretty much confirm they are trying to get Kimi to come to McLaren. Last time the BBC had Martin on he said Alonso is going to Ferrari, and now he pretty said Kimi to McLaren. Martin should be on every week from now on. :hehe:

yet again i didnt think the race lived up to much , but was better than last years race :) lewis drove perfectly :D and i think glock did an awesome job but i was gutted for nico :( i wanted to see a real fight between lewis , nico and vettel ! but i think lewis has grown up a lot this season , he didnt seem bothered that vettel was right on his tail ! vettel seemed the one who was a bit ragged .

But never the less ..........COME ON LEWIS :D:D:D:D:thumbup::clap:

I really dont care if hammie wins all the other races. it will nonetheless be hollow victories. wont help none. Its time the fia addresses the fact that the merc engine now has a unfair advantage over the competition - and not by turning the merc motor down but by allowing free reign on engine development within a set of rules. How the hell does one have a race between cyclists but half of em may only take part with flat rear wheels.

Then there is the unfair advantage of kers over the none h\ers cars. How the heck did we reach this point and no concrete backlash from the teams. ?

Good win for Hamilton, great performance over Saturday and Sunday for him and team. Certainly it builds momentum going into 2010.

Glad to see Alonso on the podium, and what a strong drive by Timo Glock.

Singapore as a circuit is pretty crap, but a good race nonetheless.

Bit of a dull race in terms of driver battles but some of the mistakes were quite entertaining.

Brilliant race by Hamilton, his victory didn't look in doubt for a second :cloud9:

I wish Rosberg hadn't made that silly error because he was looking good for 2nd. Same goes for Vettel losing his 3rd place because of speeding :banghead2:

With Button finishing ahead of Barichello he's looking like a dead cert for the championship...I was looking forward to a Rubens comeback in these last few races :crying:

How can you say that KERS is an unfair advantage?? All teams had the option of using KERS or not. No-one was complaing at the start of the season when all KERS cars were at the back of the grid. I salute those teams that have stuck with it and made it work. Everyone had the opportunity, so to say its unfair is just unsporting!!

It's enjoyable to see Hamilton dominate, but I was annoyed that Rosberg's race got ruined unnecessarily. Petty rules when common sense could prevail meant we were robbed of a justifiably close race.

Very nice pictures wils, how much have you made from selling them?

Common sense being what not too punish him from crossing the white lines?

Hi James..thanks for the compliments.

Selling? None yet...unless there are people who wants them printed can do so since I design posters as well...:)

Being not to punish someone for disadvantaging himself. Cutting the line and getting on track quicker than you should isn't on, it disadvantages everyone else. But losing control of the car and then turning round to get straight back behind the line only disadvantaged one person.

Rules aren't suposed to be draconian, they're suposed to ensure the best driver wins, fairly.
