FOCUS PEOPLE!!! We are discussing Massa here not any other driver.

i dont get this post...

That this is a thread about Ferrari's driver line-up. If people want to talk about Rosberg and Mclaren/Brawn, then they should go on the 'Drivers market moving' thread, or even the 'Kimi to Mclaren' thread...

its hard to discuss who will be no.2 without bringing up candidates i thought?

I hadn't realised Rosberg was a candidate for a Ferrari seat...

The point is that we're already having the Rosberg/Mclaren/Kimi/Brawn convo on about 2-3 other threads - we need another like a hole in the head!

I am not saying about Rosberg but to say this thread is just about Massa will make it a boring discussion. maybe this thread should be moved into the drivers market then. :whip:

Its very hard to discuss the designated no.1 driver without speculation on the no.2 spot. or the ramifications that may arise from alonso (if it is alonso in the second car) not being given preferential treatment.

The way he threw his toys out of the pram at Mclaren suggests that if he is only given second place it may well be another "interesting" year for us all.

Wow, we're not at school are we? What happened to free speech?

This is December 1981, Solidarity has been dismantled, the WRON is in control now.

Well if you read McLaren's original post he also mentions the vacant number 2 seat and Fisi as number 3.

So I think that Ferrari's driver line up should be discussed rather than Massa himself.

Yeh but i'm saying stuff like where kimi is going is always gonna get brought up since its all so interconnected with this Alonso thing.

Ferrari will announce its final driver line-up after Singapore.
The Man from Del Monte is scheduled to meet Stefano next week.

Massa has been confirmed as their first driver with Fisichella as their third.

This talk by Luca about confirmed drivers is really a public bitch slap to the face of Kimi to encourage him to leave Ferrari. With Alonso waiting in the wings, it's no secret Ferrari has a drivers problem, too many drivers. Since the injury of Massa, Luca has made some poor decisions about drivers but this seems to confirm Massa will be OK and the services of kimi are no longer needed.
