Excellent work, catching fast moving objects without motion blur is incredibly hard, I salute you sir!

We had an Apache land, and then take off again, in the field next to us yesterday. Wasn't quick enough to get a photo but was absolutely awesome!! We do get a lot of random things flying over - the Apaches are pretty normal (although they don't normally land!) but we've also had things like a Lancaster (I think?) fly overhead recently. The noise is just :cloud9:

I think my favourite plane is this one:

I've always wanted to be in the RAF (and yeah, I know we don't fly the Hornets!) and I'm still very tempted to enlist.

I personally like anything that is fast. Heck even all my favorite animals are fast.

Cheetah's which can accelerate faster than most supercars
Image

Mako shortfin's can swim in bursts of speed up to like 60 mph
Image

and Peregrine Falcons can supposedly dive at speeds up to 200 mph. Not sure if its true, but they're still badass.

I was staying at my parent's house in Droitwich a couple of weekends ago. Droitwich has 25,000 inhabitants and is a town of such insignificance that most people who live in the same county (Worcestershire) don't know of it. Anyway, over our neighbourhood one day was a Spitfire doing aerobatics for about an hour. No idea why or even where it could have taken off from. Anyways, it was amazing

Re. The Spitfire is such a beautiful plane

It most certainly is, The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby is only 45 minutes from my home, so I am lucky to have the opportunity to watch the Lancaster, Spitfires, Hurricane and Dakota practice their air show routines during the year.

Regards,
Richie.
