Went to Singapore GP last year, was amazing!!! Spent a few weeks there, great city. Ultra clean and organised and more malls than you have ever seen before. Drink and fags are super expensive but widely available and I smoked everywhere I went although you gotta make sure you put your fag buts in the bin as there are big fines for littering (IMO that's a good thing).

I always forgot to take pics when in race, but my favourite from last years race must be this one of Piquet's car after the accident.

I am actually in Singapore at the moment on holiday. Wont be around for the GP though but I have managed to walk on part of the circuit by the grandstand that the cars go under on Marina Bay, even walked over the spot thats causing so much controversy at the moment. Singapore is a nice clean place but is currently very humid and hot! I can imagine being at the race will be an experience as you can get so close to the track.
If you like your alcohol you gotta try the Singapore Sling.

Ahhhhh......the Singapore sling, we headed of to Raffles for one in the long bar, got to be done while in Singapore. But as you say it's bloody hot and humid and the amount of walking we done was unbelievable.

Hi everyone, im new to this and going to my first f1 gp in singapore next week!
Anyone flying out tuesday with singapore airlines? Im travelling alone so if anyone fancies meeting up for a beer let me know, would be cool

flying out to singapore tomorrow evening , from liverpool via Amsterdam and are staying in the stamford hotel for 3 nights and then going on the cheap in an ibis in bencoolen for 3 nights.....
will be having a quiet night on tuesday when we arrive so will be in one of the bars in our hotel (60th floor bar) you can tell which ones we are cos one will be in a Liverpool top and the other in an Everton top
