Why is Niki Lauda commenting about everything, always? Is he some sort of self-appointed sport analyst? 
You're right kerc he is being a bit more vocal lately however I enjoy reading his comments. Enjoying them doesn't mean I agree with them, sometimes I do & sometimes I think he's "off track" but good to read a 3 times F1 champions opion none the less.
I wish more of the ex champions would give their view on the current affairs & happenings in the sport more often, to give us fans a broader insight. Possibily let the fans know about similar controversies from past years & how they relate to current ones.
It would be better & more towards the reasons I come to F1 sites like this. To get info & opinions from people knowledgable on the sport through their direct involvement. Much better than one eyed fans that have no real life experience from within the F1 circus pushing their veiw. Some fans become F1 versions of religous fundamentalists. I have my veiws and opinions as we all do but thats all they are.
I am an F1 fan, not a driver or team fan. So I could care less about Flavio, Nelson & the others directly involved. I've always thought Flavio would be more suited as a character on the "Sopranos".
I feel more for the two people I see to have lost the most from this, Lewis & Felippe. I would love to hear Massa's thoughts on the chamionship knowing what he now knows. I also feel bad for Lewis for having his WDC questioned/tarnished in
some peoples eyes. I have full respect for Lewis's talents behind the wheel, more than Massa, & although Lewis is improving, it is off track where I prefer Massa over Lewis. Despite this I don't believe his WDC should be questioned.
