The "Kop" is the end of the ground where the hardcore Liverpool fans congregate. The Toffees are so called because there is a toffe (candy) called Everton mints. And Sheffield is famous for fine knives, amongst other item of quality steel. Miami Dolphins, Greenbay Packers, Texas Cowboys... same difference.
