Previously, it was believed that Ron Dennis tipped off the FIA after what he believed had been an empty threat issued by reigning world champion Alonso during a heated argument in Hungary. But I hurd somewhere that FA emailed Bernie Ecclestone about the case and RD knew nothing about these emails.
If Alonso had not shown the documents to Mr Ecclestone, and Mr Ecclestone had not alerted Mr Mosley, who then wrote to the drivers, we would not have found out about these e-mails.
WEll, personally, i think Michael Schumacher is behind the originally leaked 780 page dossier to Coughlan. He may not have been driving on the track for Ferrari this year, but hes been an awfully busy boy behind the scenes!!!

Stepney says hes been framed. Coughlan just got caught with his pants down and 780 pages of Ferrari data up his clacker, thanx to his dumb bitch mrs walking into a photocopying shop just up the road from the McLaren Technology center, with loads of documents plastered with Ferrari badges all over them!!!!

The other thing is, i think all the data Coughlan received was out of date, or changed so that really it was worthless! Maybe Stepney did not send the dossier, but he DID regularly supply Coughlan with snippets of information during the season

And now its almost impossible for him to prove he didnt send the dossier, because he subsequently DID have contact with Coughlan
