All I have to say is that Hamilton's crash towards the end was GLORIOUS.

He performed a great "Piquet"... or maybe it was a failed 3 stops strategy :D

Or more likely plain stupidity. I mean Kimi and Sutil were never going to catch him. Button was not passable by that stage even if he got close enough so why not settle for 3rd and share in some podium glory and fun...... maybe Enzo Ferrari made him crash from the heavens just so that Kimi could get that privelage instead. :hehe:

nah i'd rather see him do that, if he had manged to keep it on the road and be close enough to button how much a hero would he of been if he took button on the last corner.

it would of been amazing, hes got nothing to loose so why not go for it.

i would of.

Oh well even if that happened, Barrichello would of still won and prevented that McLaren victory which was good. :D

i was more upset when the strategy didnt beat the Brawns for the lead.

I was ecstatic that their strategy failed to beat the Brawns. Only Michael Schumacher and Brawn could of pulled something like that off. Altough Brawn had nothing he needed to pull off this time because at the moment everyone wants to beat Brawn. :hehe:

im just happy McLaren were faster than Ferrari in Italy :whip:

I am just happy Ferrari finished on the podium and higher than McLaren in Italy and that me and my friends were able to celebrate Hamilton's stuff up and Kimi's podium.

I was more upset that Red Bull was out of it. It would have made the race a thriller.

The mere possibility of the Mclaren strategy beating the Brawns made the race exciting and not exactly straight-forward. There was no hope otherwise and their strategies made it look closer than it actually was. But it was very nice seeing Lewis catch up on Jenson near the end. Obviously, after the crash the intelligent thing was to have held position and settle for 3rd (after all he is not really fighting the Brawns for anything on the Championship) but what the heck! it was good that Lewis went for it.
